Life Science User Group: The LSUG is a free continuing education series on water and cleanroom verification, as well as an opportunity for visitors to review U.S. and international regulatory expectations. Susan Schilling will be representing Rapid Micro Biosystems speaking about the Practical Applications of Automated Environmental Monitoring. She will begin presenting on September 16 in Columbia, MD, and will appear at all subsequent LSUG events through October 24.
PDA New England Chapter Meeting: Rapid Micro Biosystems will have a tabletop display at the September 17th PDA New England Chapter meeting. The topic is supply chain risks.
Philadelphia Drug Exchange: We are proud to be a sponsor of the PDE Fall Symposium and Golf Outing on September 22.
PDA Texas Chapter Meeting: On September 18, the Parenteral Drug Association's Texas Chapter will hold its meeting at the Texas A&M Health Sciences Center where we will be exhibiting. The topic of the evening will be Control of Multiproduct Manufacturing.
PDA Missouri Valley Chapter Fall Event: The Parenteral Drug Association's Missouri Chapter will put on a tour of the FDA's laboratories in St. Louis September 22. Industry-recognized speakers including our own Julie Sperry will also discuss Technical Reports for Rapid Microbiological Methods and Risk Management.
Aseptikon: Rapid Micro Biosystems is proud to exhibit at the 2014 Aseptikon conference being held at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt. The event is three conferences in one handling topics such as aseptic processing, microbiology and cleanrooms.
A3P International Congress: The A3P conference draws more than 600 pharmaceutical and biotech professionals and includes sessions on contamination control, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Amy McDaniel, director of technical operations for Pfizer’s Sanford, NC, facility, will be speaking about her experience with RMM during the event in Biarrtiz, France. Rapid Micro Biosystems will also be exhibiting from October 14–16.
PDA 9th Annual Conference on Pharmaceutical Microbiology: The Parenteral Drug Association will be hosting its Annual Global Conference on Pharmaceutical Microbiology at the Bethesda North Marriott in Bethesda, MD, October 20–22. Dawn McIver, president of MicroWorks, Inc., will be there to answer questions about her research, and we'll have Kate Shara, Ph.D., and her research associate Sommer Vogel answering questions about Alternative Growth Media for the Sterility Test.
