Service, Maintenance, and Warranty

Rapid Micro Biosystems offers a full service and maintenance package to support our equipment and software. The Growth Direct® System includes a one-year warranty. Service contracts are also available upon warranty expiration.

cGMP-compliant Engineering Support

We can provide trained engineering experts to support your Growth Direct® System, working to current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards. 

Consumables Planning and Ordering

Based on your application, our technical team of specialists and on-staff microbiologists can work with you to identify the best consumables for fast, efficient processing with the Growth Direct® System. Then we make it easy to stay supplied with swift, streamlined processing of your order.

Training and Video Materials

To help your staff successfully adopt the Growth Direct® System, we can offer custom training for microbiologists that is tailored to your team requirements. Customers also have access to our training videos, requiring a password provided by your validation specialist or support team member.
