Workshop: Making Better Decisions in the Automated Microbiology Lab

microbiology_labOn October 30, experts from Rapid Micro Biosystems and Lonza will be hosting on a one-day workshop at the Killashee House Hotel outside Dublin, Ireland. Titled “Making Better Decisions in the Automated Microbiology Lab,” the event will focus on new technologies that offer microbial quality control labs the opportunities to manage data and resources more efficiently and make decisions with more accurate and timely information. 

Areas of focus will include:

  • Greater efficiency and reduced paper in the automated QC lab

  • The ability to respond rapidly to manufacturing issues

  • The impact of new technologies to the microbiology lab

  • Applying automation to sterility testing, environmental monitoring and water and bioburden testing

  • Best practices in analyzing excursions, adverse trends and corrective and preventative actions

  • The integrated sample life cycle, automating device media and monitoring systems
