Sr. Manager, Project Management

RMB is looking for a project manager to head up its project management function, with 10+ years of experience managing complex product development projects, and 5+ years managing direct reports within this profession.  In addition to driving complex highly cross-functional projects, you’ll be responsible for managing project managers (direct straight-line reports) and individuals assigned as project managers (dot-lining into you) from other groups and organizations.  Ownership and accountability are woven into your fabric, and you have a track record of inspiring your teams to deliver results on time within challenging timelines and budgets.  You’re a problem solver and get excited by challenges that require out-of-the-box thinking to find solutions to.
