Despite remarkable technological advancements and the development of rapid methods, microbiological quality control (MQC) remains largely dependent on traditional, growth-based methods that have changed little over the past several decades. The Growth Direct® System bridges this gap by combining automation, microbial autofluorescence-based detection, and AI driven computer vision to deliver rapid, accurate results for routine MQC applications in as little as 12 hrs, including environmental monitoring, bioburden, water testing, and sterility testing. Further, the Growth Direct® software platform is designed to uphold ALCOA+ data integrity principles, providing robust audit trails, electronic records management, and compliance-ready data handling.
In this webinar, you will:
Explore Rapid Micro Biosystems’ proven, modular validation approach, developed in collaboration with pharmaceutical manufacturers and regulatory stakeholders.
Gain insight into the five key phases of implementation: Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Time-to-Result (TTR), Method Qualification (MQ), and Method Suitability (MS).
See real-world examples from global manufacturing sites that demonstrate how this structured framework accelerates deployment, streamlines validation activities, and enables successful transition to routine GMP operations.
