    From routine operational instruction to regulatory audit prep and advanced troubleshooting, four courses cover every level of Growth Direct expertise.

    1 day

    For QC scientists performing day-to-day testing on the Growth Direct System.

    Through system fundamentals and hands-on operational instruction, participants learn to manage microbiology testing workflows, handle consumables, perform routine maintenance, recognize and address common issues, and maximize system performance across environmental monitoring, bioburden, and sterility applications.
    Supervisor

    1.5 days

    For lab and quality management personnel overseeing sampling programs, users, and QC data.

    Goes beyond day-to-day operation to learn how to manage Growth Direct users, workflows, and data. Participants learn how to oversee testing operations, review results and audit trails, perform system management tasks, and support operators in resolving issues, helping ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
    Administrator

    2 days

    For QC systems owners and IT administrators configuring the Growth Direct System.

    Covers managing system settings, user roles, methods, workflows, reporting, and integrations, plus IT/LIMS connectivity, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, audit reporting, and advanced maintenance — equipping administrators to deploy, maintain, and optimize the system.
    Superuser

    2.5 days

    For QC team leads and system owners acting as laboratory subject matter experts.

    Builds on User Course operational skills with a deeper understanding of the technology, components, and workflows. Participants get hands-on experience with advanced troubleshooting and system recovery, including inspection of key components such as the incubator and vision chambers.

    Prerequisite: at least six months of hands-on Growth Direct experience.
